If you don't get out much to gym or do not have a contract but would love to do some exercise in your home (even with some mates) then this is an excellent routine I found online. Give it a go every second day or twice a week along with a jog every now and then and you will be surprised...
If you don't know what's what then just google it and you're bound to find some pics to explain it well... If you're lucky enough to have a boyfriend/fiancé or hubby like my fiancé who studied sports science and knows what's wrong or right then even better!
